The DEADLINE for registration, ordering of special items and paying for the Reunion is AUGUST 1st.



***If your name is NOT on the "Who's Coming So Far" list (attached below) you are NOT registered. If your name is on the list and you have not paid you must do that by August 1st.



To access the Registration form go to:

youthaflame.org

click on "Register" in the left column

follow the prompts

You will be given two payment options: check or PayPal/credit card.



If you prefer to register and then pay by August 1st: when you get to the part where you choose your method of payment, choose CHECK. That will allow you to pay the $65.00/per person later. The FULL amount MUST to be paid by AUGUST 1, 2009! It will be NON-REFUNDABLE at this point!

Notes:

1. to those paying to check: if you want any of the special items (t-shirt and size, CD, DVD) you need to include a note to me giving me those instructions. Include the cost of the items in the total on your check.



2. the $65.00 does NOT include lodging. We have made special arrangements with the Kirkley Hotel in Lynchburg for lodging. Call them at 434 237 6333 / 866 510 6333 toll free. Tell them you are part of the YA Reunion group.



3. To SUBMIT YOUR BIO - go to youthaflame.org, click on "submit my bio" (left column), fill out the questions, hit "submit".

To VIEW ALL BIOS - go to youthaflame.org, click on "read others bio" (left column)


If you're having trouble submitting, let me know and I'll be happy to submit it for you.

As you can see from earlier emails, Gordon is loving being able to read these. Don't disappoint him by not turning yours in.
